When enabled, the offer is $498 initially ($199 setup plus $299 for the first month), then $299 per month until canceled. The Lead Rescue package includes a channel map, three response templates, and a tracker, followed by one monthly review of up to 100 customer-supplied inquiry records and one action report. Setup is due within five business days after all required information and scope/availability confirmation. Request cancellation by email before the next renewal; service continues through the paid period. Other services require a quote. The $199 setup fee is refundable until setup work begins; after that it is nonrefundable. Customers may cancel at any time, with no partial-month refunds. Digital-product terms are provided with each separate offer.

An inquiry record is one row in the agreed tracker. Any larger workload needs a separate quote before work begins.
Your team stays in control
You supply the inquiry records, contact customers, and record outcomes. This package is a manual workflow setup and review service. Automatic messaging, inbox management, advertising, and new lead acquisition are outside this package. Sales and bookings are not guaranteed.
Pilot availability: we accept up to three new Lead Rescue clients per month and six active clients at a time. If the service is full, we will confirm a later start date before payment.
Cancel any time
Email hello@dapplepilot.com to cancel. We will confirm the cancellation and stop the next renewal. Service continues through the current paid billing period; there are no partial-month refunds.
Setup refunds: the $199 setup fee is refundable until setup work begins. Setup work begins when we confirm the start date and start preparing your channel map, templates, or tracker. After that point the setup fee is nonrefundable.
Before paying: confirm the agreed scope, available start date, required inputs, and monthly report date in writing.
