How to Make Unique Printable Bingo Cards
Unique bingo cards need enough distinct source items and a generation process that detects repeated layouts.

Use your own inputs in the tool ↗A unique layout is only part of a usable game
Each card needs an allowed set of labels, correct cell count and a calling sheet that uses the same source pool. Different arrangements prevent every player from having an identical card. They do not guarantee different winners or a perfectly balanced game. Decide the winning pattern and explain it before printing.
Count the source items
A 5 × 5 card has 25 cells. With a free centre, it needs 24 distinct source labels. A 3 × 3 card with a free centre needs eight. A 4 × 4 card has no single centre cell, so the free-centre setting does not remove a cell. The current generator uses exactly these grid rules and rejects a source list too short for the selected layout.
Make ten cards from one pool
Use at least 24 distinct labels for a 5 × 5 free-centre game and request ten cards. A valid card contains no repeated source label, has FREE only in its reserved centre and uses no invented items. The generator checks whole-layout duplicates while creating the batch. With more than 24 source labels, individual cards show a subset of the pool; a caller-sheet item may legitimately be absent from a particular card.
Review the calling sheet
Call from the original source pool, not from a separately typed list that may contain mistakes. A source label absent from one card can be present on another, so players mark only matches they have. Decide whether to stop at the first row, continue for a full card or use another agreed pattern. Save the cards and caller sheet together so later changes to the source list cannot separate them.
Use the print studio
Enter one word or short phrase per line, choose the grid and free-centre option, and choose a whole number of cards. Review card labels for fit before printing a batch. The paper controls offer Letter/A4 choices and restrained colour themes. Downloaded HTML can be opened locally and printed; browser Save as PDF is a separate print action. Actual pagination and printer output still need browser verification.
Avoid preventable game problems
Long phrases can become hard to read in small cells. Use clear, age-appropriate labels and enough contrast. FREE is reserved when a free centre is enabled; it should not also be a normal calling item. Inspect every card after changing grid size. Keep holiday themes as useful presets rather than assuming that a festive title fixes an incomplete source list.
